How Updates Work
- This investigation is evidence-led. If new evidence materially changes a conclusion in this case study, BizTechLab will update the relevant chapter and record the change here — not silently edit a published finding.
- Minor corrections (a date, a figure, a broken source link) are fixed in place without a version bump. A version bump is reserved for changes that affect an actual conclusion.
